The Role…
We are currently looking for an outstanding Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Cecconi's operations whilst delivering exemplary service. You’ll be consistent, reliable and excited to be part of leading a first-class team and growing the business. You will have a real passion for what you do, with the ability deliver high quality service. Having previous experience in a similar management role, you will understand how to deliver quality service, working at high pace, with a positive and engaging personality.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager of Cecconi's Amsterdam, you are an ambassador for the brand with a detailed knowledge of the Cecconi's and Soho House and its concepts. Demonstrating a professional approach towards our managers, employees and guests, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of Cecconi's, and any associated events.
As part of our Cecconi's team your role is to make sure that our guests have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.
Main Duties…
- Manage the day to day operation and events of Cecconi's restaurant, according to company standards.
- Working hands on with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, nurture and develop the Cecconi's team and ensure staff retention.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of revenue, revenue opportunity and costs to ensure profitability and achieving business targets.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in driving the business through creative initiatives and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company, HACCP and other legislative regulations.
What we are looking for...
- Proven work experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Micros
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent customer service
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
- Organized and reliable
- Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team
