Location: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Day Shift) at T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners.

Job Type: Full Time / Seasonal

*This position follows the Seattle Mariners' home-game schedule from March through September. Work from October to February is not guaranteed and is based on business needs and union seniority (if applicable).

Union Status: Non-Union

Work Location: In person

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

This position operates within a unionized workforce. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to lead with professionalism, fairness, and consistency while working within collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), Sodexo Live! policies, and established labor guidelines. Success in this role requires the ability to communicate clearly, follow procedures, and foster a positive, respectful culture.

Principle Function:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures in order to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency so that all product, supply and equipment needs are met throughout the venue. The primary responsibility for the Warehouse Supervisor includes receiving and supporting purchasing.

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and/or Director of Operations, this individual will support Sodexo Live!'s goal to be #1 in Event Hospitality through advanced planning and preparation for games or events based on forecasted attendance, and by assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff. A top priority will be to ensure that the highest levels of safety, organization and sanitation are maintained throughout all warehousing and storage areas.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training and mentoring of warehouse staff.
  • Support warehouse operations and ensure all departments are properly supplied.
  • Ensure that all standards for safety and sanitation are maintained.
  • Lead by example to promote teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.


Qualifications/Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations, to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Technology aptitude for working with automated inventory system.
  • Strong skills for persuasive sales, with keen ability to connect easily with customers.
  • Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs.

Other requirements include but are not limited to:
  • Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight
    • Comfortable working in warehouse environment, fast-paced, and tightly-quartered spaces. Moving in and out of warehouse freezers, coolers, using pallet jacks on other needed equipment.
  • Primarily morning to mid-day shifts, with flexibility based on event schedules.

Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
