Location: We are seeking a Warehouse Lead at T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners.

Job Type: Part-time Seasonal

This position follows the Seattle Mariners' home-game schedule from March through September. Work from October to February is not guaranteed and is based on business needs and union seniority.

Union Status: Union

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with UNITEHERE Local 8.

Work Location: In person

Pay: $30.50

Principle Function:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing Warehouse Workers and Warehouse operations and procedures. They will be reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and the Warehouse Managers.

Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor and the Warehouse Managers and/or Director of Operations, this individual will support Sodexo Live!'s goal to be #1 in Event Hospitality through advanced planning and preparation for games or events based on forecasted attendance, and by assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct Warehouse Workers as needed to support efficient daily operations.
• Support overall warehouse functions by ensuring all departments are adequately and accurately supplied.
• Follow instructions and operational guidance provided by the Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Managers, or the Director of Operations.
• Ensure all warehouse team members follow safe work practices and maintain a clean, compliant, safety-focused environment.
• Train Warehouse Workers, support their development, and reinforce proper operational and safety procedures.
• Set and lead by a strong example in work ethic, professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to complete assigned tasks.
• Must have valid driver's license and certification for use of Cushman cart or forklift.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated capability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Aptitude for learning and using automated inventory systems and related technology.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly when assisting internal customers.
• Scheduling flexibility to meet operational and event-driven demands.

Other requirements include but are not limited to:

• Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.

Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
