Location: We are seeking a Walk Off Market Lead at T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners.
Job Type: Part-time Seasonal
This position follows the Seattle Mariners' home-game schedule from March through September. Work from October to February is not guaranteed and is based on business needs and union seniority.
Union Status: Union
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with UNITEHERE Local 8.
Work Location: In person
Pay: $35.00/hr

Principle Function:
The 105 Walk Off Market Lead is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service within Sodexo Live!'s retail merchandise outlets and points of sale. This position takes a leadership role among fellow servers in providing fast and efficient service to customers. They will assist supervisors in organizing service of a variety of pre-made or made fresh-to-order snacks, beverages, and entrée items from Sodexo Live!'s Quick Serve menu. The Walk Off Market Lead may work at various locations throughout venue decks and concourses, including any autonomous transaction locations. They are responsible for maintaining Sodexo Live!'s standards for cleanliness and sanitation and must have a thorough understanding of the merchandising requirements for all product across all fixtures

The 105 Walk Off Market Lead will support Sodexo Live!'s goal to be #1 in Event Hospitality by upholding Sodexo Live!'s standards for handling credit card transactions.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support all other attendants and act as a role model in providing outstanding service to all customers.
- Responsible for managing the stand
- Acting as a direct point of contact to the Concessions Supervisor
- Ensuring that the location is always clean
- Assigning breaks at appropriate times and monitoring timely return to the stand
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring replenishment in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Bringing important issues to supervisor's attention, such as menu items that are not present within the system, assigned staff not reporting to location or returning from break in accordance to policy, reporting uniform violations, etc.
- Implement, support, and maintain standards for workplace safety, at all times.
- Ensure fellow attendants are working in a safe manner.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to follow written and oral direction.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Food Handler's Card and MAST required
Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
