Lead Culinary Operations
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production
- Direct food preparation across multiple stations, maintaining consistency, freshness, and presentation
- Support both patient dining and retail food service operations
Manage & Develop the Team
- Provide leadership oversight for a team of frontline culinary employees
- Train, mentor, and schedule staff to meet operational demands
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
- Support performance management and staff development
Retail & Customer Experience Oversight
- Ensure seamless retail execution, menu consistency, and service standards
- Support digital menu boards, POS systems, and merchandising efforts
- Enhance the overall customer experience within the hospital retail space
Financial & Operational Partnership
- Collaborate with the General Manager on menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
- Support labor management and operational efficiency initiatives
- Maintain 7a-7p availability based on business needs (typical shifts 9a-5p or 10a-6p)
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment

What You Bring
- Proven hands-on culinary production experience
- Prior experience leading and developing culinary teams
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and healthcare food safety standards
- Retail food service experience a plus
- Comfortable with POS systems and digital tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
