Senior Manager, Segment Finance Corporate Services | Multi-Site Portfolio Leadership

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Segment Finance to lead financial stewardship, performance transparency, and strategic insight for an multi-site portfolio spanning 17+ locations. This is a role for a finance leader who thrives in complexity, brings rigor to governance, and can translate financial performance into compelling narratives that build confidence and drive alignment.

This position will travel up to 20%

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the financial steward for a large multi-site portfolio, leading consolidated budgeting, forecasting, governance, and overseeing all financial close activities during the first five business days after month-end, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, reconciled, and clearly communicated. close cadence with rigor and transparency
  • Operate seamlessly across dual-reporting environments, ensuring alignment between Sodexo systems and client-facing platforms while reconciling data across multiple financial layers
  • Deliver executive-ready financial storytelling, including bridges, variance narratives, Flash insights, and clear explanations of labor, cost, efficiency, and risk drivers
  • Translate financial data into strategic insights that demonstrate value for money, elevate forecast credibility, and support confident decision-making
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders, Controllers, and cross-functional teams to maintain accrual discipline, monitor committed spend, identify exposure, and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide advanced analytics - labor trends, cost efficiency, scenario modeling, margin opportunities - leveraging SAP and complex reporting ecosystems to strengthen financial transparency and performance

What You Bring

  • Progressive finance leadership experience in multi-site or complex service environments, including dual-reporting or multi-platform structures
  • Advanced consolidation, forecasting, financial modeling, and system-to-system reconciliation expertise
  • Strong financial stewardship mindset with a commitment to governance, accountability, and data integrity
  • Executive presence with exceptional financial storytelling skills - able to explain drivers, risks, and value creation with clarity
  • Proven ability to influence, challenge, and guide operational leaders and external partners with analytical rigor and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in SAP and complex reporting ecosystems, with a data-driven approach to performance improvement and problem-solving
