In this role, you'll be the engine behind new café openings, barista program rollouts, micro-kitchen enhancements, and hospitality innovations. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams while ensuring every project launches flawlessly and reflects global standards.

What You'll Do
- Drive high-impact projects from concept to launch
- Lead coffee program improvements and barista-quality standards
- Coordinate site mobilizations and internal operational workflows
- Partner with global client teams, vendors, and internal leaders
- Keep projects on track, on budget, and on brand

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in operations
