Retail Snack Program Manager
Role Overview
Retail Snack Program Manager - Corporate Services
We're looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and creatively driven Retail Snack Program Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and daily operations of our workplace retail snack program. This role blends merchandising, guest experience, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional partnership to create a snack ecosystem that feels curated, modern, and aligned with the expectations of a world-class workplace environment.
You'll own everything from product selection and vendor relationships to merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and promotional programming. This is a role for someone who sees retail not as shelves and SKUs, but as a hospitality moment - a chance to surprise, delight, and energize people throughout their day.
Why This Role Matters
The snack program is one of the most visible and frequently used touchpoints in the workplace food ecosystem. When done well, it becomes a signature experience - a moment of joy, convenience, and discovery. You'll be the person who brings that to life.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end retail snack program across multiple spaces, ensuring offerings are fresh, relevant, and thoughtfully curated.
- Curate a rotating assortment of snacks, beverages, and grab-and-go items using trend insights, guest feedback, and data analytics.
- Develop seasonal, cultural, and thematic retail moments that bring energy and storytelling to the space.
- Partner with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to integrate retail into broader food program experiences.
What We Offer
Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include:
- Medical, Dental, Vision Care and Wellness Programs
- 401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions
- Paid Time Off and Company Holidays
- Career Growth Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement
More extensive information is provided to new employees upon hire.
What You Bring
- Experience in retail, micro markets, convenience, or hospitality environments.
- Strong merchandising instincts and an eye for visual detail.
- Comfort with data - you don't need to be an analyst, but you know how to read trends and act on them.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for elevating everyday experiences.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
