Sodexo Magic at Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD is looking for a Retail Manager to join a fast-paced, high-volume retail operation. This exciting role supports a team of frontline employees and requires a leader who is laser-focused, creative, imaginative, and detail-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional retail experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor frontline teams, ensuring accurate cash handling, operational excellence, and proper opening and closing procedures
  • Train, implement, and oversee HACCP food safety programs, Sodexo initiatives, and daily operational standards
  • Conduct retail brand standard audits for both in-house and national brand concepts
  • Ensure consistent execution and integrity of all branded retail concepts
  • Manage daily retail food service operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
  • Ensure all required signage, including digital signage, is accurate, current, and properly displayed
  • Manage vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with contractual and operational standards
  • Maintain merchandising, marketing, and product ordering standards across all retail locations
