Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant for Providence Public Schools in Providence, RI. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career with a global organization while contributing to a mission-driven school environment!
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping daily operations organized and efficient for the food services department. You'll manage schedules, handle correspondence, support with payroll, coordinate meetings, support with Human Resource needs, and maintain essential documents. You'll also serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and school-community partners, ensuring smooth communication across a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do
- work with SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- demonstrate strong attention to detail
- support human resource and payroll needs
- work as a team player and can work independently
- demonstrate the initiative to seek solutions, resolve issues, pivot when needed, and have a hunger to grow and develop in this role

What You Bring
- experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- adaptive to new technology and applications
- detail-oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities
- have excellent organization, communication and project management skills
- experience or understanding of human resources
- billinguel in Spanish is a preferred
