We are currently seeking a Full-Time, Temporary Hospitality Supervisor to support operations at Bristol Mountain.

What You'll Do as a Hospitality Supervisor
You'll be at the heart of the action - supporting your team, keeping operations smooth, and making sure every guest has an amazing experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate a fun, high-energy team
- Keep everything running seamlessly - from stocking and staffing to smiles and service
- Support food safety, cleanliness, and top-notch guest service
- Be the go-to person for questions, problem solving, and positive vibes
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership or hospitality experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays (it's ski season - the fun never stops!)
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, temporary position
- Hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
