What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day food and nutrition operations, including retail, catering, and patient meal services.
  • Lead, coach, and direct managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to ensure seamless coordination of all daily tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships-including communication at the executive (c-suite) level-to drive satisfaction and partnership.
  • Ensure Sodexo standards, financial targets, safety guidelines, and quality expectations are consistently achieved.
