Role Overview
Sodexo's Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead food service and catering operations for our client in Bellevue, Washington. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on delivering exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and innovative dining experiences.
This location operates Monday-Friday for breakfast and lunch, with additional catering services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate food service, financial expertise, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily food service and catering operations.
- Ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive innovation in menu offerings and guest experience.
- Build strong client relationships and align services with their culture.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team.
