Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence? Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 4 to oversee one of our high-profile accounts in Lawrence Township, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant food service operation and deliver outstanding experiences every day.

What You'll Oversee

  • A modern café featuring 7 unique stations: hearth/pizza, grill, chef's kitchen/entrée station, sushi, deli, soup, salad bar, and a smoothie bar (open for breakfast).
  • Catering services, Office Coffee Solutions (OCS), and a daycare center café.
  • A Starbucks location on-site.
  • Café hours: 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM.

Incentives

Predominately a M-F schedule 6am to 4pm

What You'll Do

Your Role

As the #1 leader on-site, you will:
  • Drive daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a hands-on, engaged client.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and develop a talented team:
    • 3 salaried managers (Executive Chef, Operations Manager, Catering Manager)
    • 30 hourly, non-union employees
  • Foster a culture of communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
