About the Role
As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our café's success. You'll oversee all aspects of operations-from team leadership and guest experience to financial performance and vendor partnerships. Your role will be to inspire, coach, and empower a diverse team to deliver warm, welcoming service and a top-tier dining experience every single day.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team across front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure operational excellence in service, food quality, and presentation
- Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve business goals
- Build strong vendor and client relationships to support sustainable growth
- Foster a culture of hospitality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
