Role Overview
Sodexo is hiring a Food Production Manager 3 for Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, Hawaii. This hands-on leader will oversee daily food production, ensure quality and safety standards, and support a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and mentor the food production team to ensure consistent quality.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, production schedules, and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost-efficient production processes.

What You Bring
- Experience managing food production in healthcare, hospitality, or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and team-development skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe preferred).

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
