- Oversee daily food service operations, including patient meal service, cafeteria, catering, retail, and production functions

- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Address patient and customer feedback to improve dining experiences

What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dietary guidelines, food safety regulations, and healthcare nutrition services
- Experience with food production processes and managing retail food operations, including point-of-sale (POS) systems

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
