FM Solution Architect
Role Overview
Join Sodexo's national team as an FM Solutions Architect, partnering with Sales and Operations to deliver innovative facilities management solutions for K-12 clients. This role drives proposal development, supports RFP responses, and ensures smooth transitions from contract award to start-up. Working closely with District Managers and cross-functional teams, you'll design tailored solutions for landscaping, custodial, grounds, and operations & maintenance services. Expect a dynamic environment with high-volume projects, extensive collaboration, and seasonal travel up to 90% in this fully remote role. Central US residency preferred.

What You'll Do
- Lead solution design for K-12 facilities management proposals.
- Review RFPs, participate in costing calls, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Conduct site walkthroughs to assess operational needs.
- Support start-up execution and handoff from sales to operations.
- Collaborate with District Managers and internal teams to align strategies.
- Introduce innovative practices and share best solutions across regions.

- Familiarity with FM services (landscaping, custodial, O&M trades); K-12 experience helpful but not required.
