Location: We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor at T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners.

Union Status: Non-Union

Principle Function:

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor will support T-Mobile Park's food and beverage operations. Reporting to the Environmental Health and Safety Manager, the EHS Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards, conducting audits, assisting with incident investigations, and partnering with operational teams to foster a strong safety culture.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of SOPs, training tools, and continuous improvement initiatives for EHS programs.
  • Partner with operations leadership to ensure consistent application of standards.
  • Assist with regulatory inspections and analyze inspection data to identify compliance trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support operational teams in maintaining regulatory compliance through Food Safety Management and Zero Harm Safety programs.
  • Investigate safety incidents and customer complaints with operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and assist the EHS manager with special projects.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff on food safety and occupational safety initiatives; assist with onboarding and supervision of seasonal EHS coordinators.
  • Serve as acting on-site EHS manager when the EHS manager is traveling to support other Sodexo Live business units.
  • Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned by the EHS manager.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills (one of the following areas):

Food Safety
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Public Health, Environmental Health, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance within a retail food service environment.
  • Certified Food Protection Manager and HACCP certification required (within 90 days of hire)
  • CP-FS certification, PCQI certification, or RS/REHS license preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, FDA Food Code, and relevant local/state regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of retail food service operations, especially premium culinary and quick service restaurant environments.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with effective time management in high-demand environments.
  • Proficient in administration, recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance using electronic software (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam).
  • Ability to work extended or irregular hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

- OR -

Occupational Health & Safety
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Safety & Health Management, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or field safety is required.
  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training required (within 90 days of hire)
  • Certified Safety Professional certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and WA Labor & Industry regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of retail food service operations, especially premium culinary and quick service restaurant environments.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with effective time management in high-demand environments.
  • Proficient in administration, recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance using electronic software (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam).
  • Ability to work extended or irregular hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays


Other requirements include but are not limited to:
  • Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds in weight.
  • Ability to work extended or irregular hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays

Optional: Upon completion of training, this position will have the opportunity to support other Sodexo Live business units as a traveling EHS supervisor between October and February.
