Role Overview
Sodexo is hiring our Director Facilities for Nazareth University in Rochester, NY. We are seeking a seasoned Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) leader with strong financial, operational, and relationship-building expertise. Our leader will partner closely with C-suite stakeholders, frontline teams, and clients to deliver high-performing physical plant, custodial, grounds, and construction operations within a complex environment. The ideal candidate brings a service-oriented mindset, sound IFM principles, and the ability to influence decisions while managing a multi-million-dollar budget.

What You'll Do
- Lead integrated facilities operations including physical plant, custodial, grounds, construction, and ongoing operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service excellence
- Manage and oversee an annual operating budget of up to $7M, ensuring strong financial controls, forecasting, and value optimization
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, clients, and frontline teams, influencing technical and strategic decision-making
- Provide leadership across complex construction and capital projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational priorities
