Location: We are seeking a Concessions Supervisor at T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners.

Union Status: Non-Union

Principle Function:

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that fans receive an exceptional level of service by providing hands-on supervision of concessions staff and supporting concessions operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations across multiple concession stands, ensuring smooth workflows and a safe environment during operating hours.
  • Greet, assist, and respond to guests' and staff inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, presentation standards, and pricing.
  • Ensure proper product control, inventory management, and equipment handling.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking, reconciliation, and submitting requisitions to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Support event-day operations, including preparation, check-out, and closing procedures, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to stand leads.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
  • Assist concessions managers with pre-event planning and preparation.
  • Organize post-event closing and clean-up activities.
  • Support scheduling coordinators with staff deployment prior to each game or event.
  • Communicate staff issues (e.g., illness, injury, inter-employee conflicts) to management promptly.
  • Report facility issues or safety concerns to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • TIPS or TEAM training (or equivalent).
  • Valid Washington State Food Handler Permit and completed food safety training.
  • Must meet state age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and digital registers.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Other requirements include but are not limited to:
  • Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight and maneuver in tight spaces.


Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
