Location: We are seeking a Concessions Stand Lead at T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners.
Job Type: Part-time Seasonal
This position follows the Seattle Mariners' home-game schedule from March through September. Work from October to February is not guaranteed and is based on business needs and union seniority.
Union Status: Union
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with UNITEHERE Local 8.

Principle Function:
The Concession Stand Lead plays a key leadership role in ensuring fast, efficient, and friendly service to fans. This position supports supervisors in organizing concession stands for food and beverage service during games and events. Service styles may include grab-and-go, restaurant-style, or in-seat service.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to all fans.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for processing customer transactions.
- Maintain quality, health, and safety standards.
- Lead and guide stand workers to ensure adherence to company policies, including:
- Uniform requirements
- Health & Safety standards
- Cashless Stadium policies
- Zero Tolerance Harassment Policy
- Work across multiple venue locations, including mobile stands, permanent fixtures, and cafes/bistros.
- Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level.
- Trains stand attendants.
- Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- TIPS or TEAM training (or equivalent).
- Valid Food Handler's Card and MAST permit required.
- Must meet state age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital registers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Other requirements include but are not limited to:
- Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight and maneuver in tight spaces.
Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
