Concessions Lead Supervisor

As part of the Concessions Management Team, the Lead Supervisor works directly with the Concessions Manager and Assistant Concessions Manager to ensure the game day management and operations expectations are met. The Lead Supevisor is a leader and must have the ability to make informed decisions, solve problems in a critical and diligent manner, and effectively manage when the Concessions Manager is not present.

Reponsibilities/Duties:

  • Responsible for ensuring the highest level of efficiency and organization amongst all processes and procedures.
  • Complete tasks assigned, including overseeing a crew if necessary tgo complete assigned tasks.
  • Assist with inventory control, including counting and organizing inventory.
  • Plan and organize how concessions systems will be set up, including but not limited to:
    • Storage and display options
    • Training and Supervising employees
    • Evaluate and adjust to improve efficiencies
  • Assist in overseeing events in all sport venues at Ole Miss.

Skills:
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to manage operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to staff members.
  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Requirements:
  • Available to work at least 30 hours per week with at times over-time as needed. Schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
  • Available to work long shifts.
  • Able to stand on feet for 10-12 hours at a time.
  • Able to lift at least 30 lbs.
