Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking solution-oriented candidates who excel at customer service with proven success as an experienced Biomedical Equipment Technician III to support Healthcare Technology service for Nebraska Medicine located in Omaha, NE. Candidate must possess a high level of technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to make decisions regarding repairs and service of customer equipment. Will also need excellent customer service/time management skill along with the capability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal manner with customers regarding services performed and with internal and external customers, vendors, and colleagues.

What You'll Do
- Apply formal training and hands-on experience to service a variety of clinical equipment in a healthcare setting.
- Repair, maintain, and calibrate complex medical devices, including respiratory/ critical care equipment, ventilators, and anesthesia machines equipment experience.
- Work within hospitals or clinical environments to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide leadership by mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical development.
- Use proactive troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff, manage time across multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource, ensuring high-quality service and support for healthcare professionals.
- Uphold patient safety and operational excellence by maintaining accurate service records and adhering to all regulatory requirements.

What You Bring
- Preferably 7-10 years of experience in electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology- HTM/ Biomed setting and basic knowledge of networking theory and substantial knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Considerable knowledge of electronic circuitry and technical aspects of the operation, repair and maintenance of electronic equipment.
- Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and illustrated parts drawings of biomedical instrumentation and skill in testing electronic equipment as well as in manual dexterity, hand-to-eye coordination, and color vision.
- Experience in a healthcare facility or healthcare hospital setting.
- Experience effectively repairing, maintaining and calibrating clinical devices such as, but not limited to: General Biomedical Devices- Nurse call, Natus EEG, and Philips Patient Monitors, ESU's, Vital sign machines, Defibrillators, AD's, Telemetry, EKG, IV Infusion Pumps, plus OR, and Ventilators (not all are required). (Will also provide OEM training as needed).

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years of experience in electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology setting
