Socure is hiring a Marketing Operations and Analytics Specialist who will work closely with senior operations and marketing managers to support them with all aspects of database maintenance, list building and manipulations, and email marketing campaigns.This role is responsible for providing data-driven insights to maximize the efficiency of marketing campaigns.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the demand generation teams within the Marketing organization to drive efficient and accurate campaign execution
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations and execution, including planning, list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization in Marketo & Salesforce.com
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly targeted marketing campaigns, emails, and customer success communications
- Work under the supervision of the Campaign Manager on the email production process and creation of every email, ensuring flawless execution
- Report on results and provide insights and recommendations to the marketing organization
- Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing, and database management
- Troubleshooting of campaigns, email deliverability and lead flow
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years experience in Marketing Ops(Marketo Certification strongly preferred)with experience in marketing automation tools
- Clear understanding of marketing conversion and marketing funnels
