Business Systems Analyst

About the Role:

The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the primary point person to support our Finance, Accounting, and Operations stakeholders, and will document current processes and controls, and new system requirements. You’ll support the Director of Financial Systems and process analysis for recommended opportunities and recommend solutions for more automation, tighter controls, and enriched business information. 

You will also partner with IT, other internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define integrations utilizing a variety of technology tools. 

Responsibilities: 

• Act as the backup administrator of NetSuite, Boomi, and other Financial systems
• Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless flow of data into Accounting (Netsuite), FP&A, Sales Operations (Salesforce), and People Operations (Workday)
• Prepare, lead, and schedule recurring meetings with accounting & finance teams (i.e. weekly reports, updates, etc.) 
• Document system processes into Standard Operating Procedures for all interconnected business systems and create visual flowcharts, visual aids, and other material as needed (Confluence) 
• Support the Netsuite embedded applications (Zone and Co Billing, Avalara, Airbase, CyberSource Paymentlink, FloQast, Advanced Revenue Management, etc.)
• Work on tasks assigned for future Financial Systems projects that will result from expected Socure growth and our continuous improvement philosophy
• Create training material for best practices for usage and optimization of various tools 
• Create and maintain system informational databases in order to generate reporting for the Accounting/Finance team
• Create ad hoc reporting and requests as needed 
• Reconcile & validate data between systems as part of daily tasks as well as larger projects (i.e. acquisitions, integrations, etc.) 

Qualifications: 

• 2-4+ Years Experience using NetSuite (or a comparable accounting ERP system) 
• Background in a financial, accounting, or similar background 
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or similar field preferred 
• You have a strong understanding of dataset reconciliation, system integrations, and management reporting
• You are detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and able to work in an efficient, quick, and organized manner
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in a fast growth, SaaS-based technology company a plus
• Advanced Excel or G-sheet skills (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Macros, etc.) 
• Project management experience with Jira or similar tool for reporting, ticketing, and issue tracking. Preferred experience with Jira 
• Experience with the following systems preferred (NetSuite, Boomi, Workday, Workiva, Jira, Looker, Torii, Google Suite, etc.) 

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: ₹1,572,500-₹1,850,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity,  comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus. This position is eligible for a generous sales incentive bonus.
