Responsibilities
-
Project management including the creation of development schedule and key milestones, weekly project tracking and communication to developer and internal teams.
- Own the end-to-end planning process, including feature design, technical implementation, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and post-launch analysis to drive measurable impact.

Maintenance of internal tracking systems in Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for developer-focused features and tools, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and business strategy.

Create Product Requirement Documentation for new features or campaigns.

Leads analysis of feature and product releases, sharing insights through structured reviews (e.g., quarterly business reviews), and establishes a track record of meeting or exceeding forecasted outcomes.
Key Competencies
-
Technical understanding of mobile development cycle and core concepts related to live operations of mobile games.

Basic understanding of user acquisition funnel, promotion channels, and social media constructs.

Thrives in ambiguous environments and is comfortable building systems and processes from the ground up in dynamic, evolving contexts.

Works with engineering teams to provide accurate delivery estimates (75%+ accuracy) and balances technical constraints with business priorities to ensure timely execution of major deliverables.

Clearly conveys progress, technical details, and business impact of feature development to a diverse audience, including executives, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Collaborates with senior leadership (C-suite) to distill the company’s mission into actionable goals and effectively translates these to technical teams.

Understanding of key performance indicators for mobile content including DAU, MAU, GGR, NGR, Rolling Retention, Churn, Conversion, and LTV. Keen understanding of content cadence, feature cadence.
Experience
-
Must have experience working in a gaming environment and have a personal passion for gaming.

Experience with both development and publishing of mobile content.
-
Some level of experience working with offshore development.
-
6-8 years of experience building and delivering developer-facing solutions across platforms, with at least 5 of those years as a Product Manager who delivered tools and systems for developers, including live games and monetization-focused features.

Strong technical understanding of SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams on complex projects.

Proven communicator (oral, written, and visual) with the ability to articulate technical details, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across cross-functional teams.

Experience using developer-centric features, such as analytics dashboards, live-ops tools, or monetization systems, is a strong plus.

BA/BS in a related field such as Computer Science, Product Management, or Engineering - or equivalent experience.
Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus + Equity: $172,600
Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV or Remote USA
Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
