Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communications and brand content across owned channels, including social media, blog, website, and online communities.
- Monitor and report on performance across social media, brand health, and earned media using third-party measurement tools to inform planning and optimization.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all external communications.
- Manage social media presence and drive audience engagement through thoughtful, platform-appropriate content.
- Support brand storytelling initiatives that reflect company priorities and strengthen brand perception.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and ensure clarity and consistency.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in communications, brand, social media, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience as a people manager.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media channels for a consumer or technology brand.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.
- Experience creating or overseeing digital content for online platforms.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support content ideation, drafting, and editing while maintaining accuracy, originality, and brand standards.
Total Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus + Equity: $172,882
Location: Onsite 5 days a week, Las Vegas
Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
