Senior Software Development Engineer

• Develop architecture diagrams, system documentation, and API specs.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated test infrastructure, and observability practices (monitoring, logging, alerting).
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of experience with at least one core programming language
• Experience designing architecture for mobile or full-stack applications, with a focus on scalability and maintainability
• Proven track record of launching consumer-facing apps or services
• Experience leading design discussions, mentoring engineers, or serving as a tech lead
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with streaming video apps or media platforms
• Experience working with CMS systems (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, Contentful)
• Experience building apps for Roku, Apple TV, or Fire TV and website
• Passion for sports, media, or building products fans love

The base salary compensation range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
