As the lead product manager for Siemens One Software Engineering System, you will play a pivotal role in the redefining how software is built at Siemens to accelerate our transformation to One Technology Company. We are looking for a leader with deep domain expertise, and technical skills, to create and evangelize our software delivery strategy.

Responsibilities
- Owns the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to guide short-term execution and long-term innovation.
- Ensure that the Siemens developer toolchain is strategically positioned to deliver on product strategy
- Lead a cross functional team of Product Managers and UX designers
- Define KPIs to measure developer productivity and guide internal platform development
- Communicates developer tooling strategy to software engineering community, leadership and external stakeholders
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- BA in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- At least 10 years' experience working as a software engineer
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle workflows and technologies.
- Extensive experience building AI driven developer tools
- Experience contributing to open-source projects and communities in the developer tooling space
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
