E-commerce Platform Operation Manager

Responsibilities：

• Through data analysis and market research, understand industry trends and competitor situations, formulate and implement operational plans.
• Responsible for platform traffic, clicks, conversion rates, online transaction volumes, and other targets.
• Develop and implement market promotion plans through data analysis.
• Continuously track operational data, constantly adjust and optimize the direction of operational work.
• Regularly provide operational work reports and plans.
• Cooperate with procurement and sales teams through operational means to achieve the company's overall platform performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above with more than 5 years of experience in platform & B2B e-commerce operation experience is preferred.
• Familiar with the internet, e-commerce, and B2B platform business models.
• Rich experience in e-commerce operations and planning.
• Strong internal drive, excellent execution ability, and a commitment to pursuing and challenging goals.
• Excellent teamwork skills, adept at integrating internal and external resources.
• Reesults-oriented, focused on data and quantification, with experience in managing ROI.
