We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas in the hospitality industry.

As a Intern Rockstar, you will:
-Download daily balances of Winks and Lavu for flash report entry of all locations
-Review of daily balances vs billing of each location
-Preparation of templates in Excel for billing in Latinium system
-Preparation of an Excel template to load revenue in Netsuite
-Comparison of sales ledger with invoicing template
-Comparison of payment methods with the highest sales
-Quadrature of sales by cost centers in both systems
-Cash deposit validation with weekly sales from all locations
-Review of daily batch closings of collections with credit cards with the highest sales
-Creation of Netsuite system providers under established formats
-Verification of approvals of purchase orders by General Managers
-Netsuite purchase order billing for all locations
-Generation of invoice entries
-Withholding record in Netsuite for all invoices
-Upload PDF of invoices to Netsuite
-Comparison of expenses between Netsuite and Latinium
-Comparison of accounts payable between Netsuite and Latinium
