About the Role

We're looking for a high-impact Zone Security Manager to drive the security strategy across the UK & Ireland. This is a visible, business-critical role focused on safeguarding our people, protecting our sites, and ensuring resilience through effective crisis management.

Working closely with country leaders and site directors, you will play a key role in enabling business success through robust, forward-thinking security practices.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Security Strategy

  • Implement and continuously improve security policies and programmes across the UKI zone
  • Identify risks and deliver effective risk mitigation strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed security best practices into operations

Manage Security Operations
  • Oversee contracted security providers and on-site teams
  • Drive performance, training and continuous improvement
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all sites

Drive Insight & Assurance
  • Conduct regular security audits and performance reviews
  • Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to senior leadership
  • Highlight emerging risks and business impacts

Lead Crisis & Incident Management
  • Build and lead the UKI crisis management capability
  • Investigate incidents and implement preventative actions
  • Ensure readiness for emergencies and business continuity scenarios

Collaborate Regionally
  • Engage with the wider European security network
  • Contribute to regional initiatives and share best practices


What will make you successful:

We're looking for a strong, credible leader with:
  • Proven experience in security or facilities security management
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, surveillance, and emergency response
  • Experience developing and implementing security policies and frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
