Summary
As a Web Deployment Specialist (Content) in the WEB Deployment organization, you will deliver value directly to Schneider Electric. This role maintains the full responsibilities of a Project Lead, ensuring the delivery of the best digital experience for SE customers worldwide. Our objective remains to create web content once, translate, localize, publish, and update everywhere to ensure high quality and optimal time to market. In addition to managing E2E project delivery , this specialist role serves as the critical technical link between the Deployment team and the CMSX team to resolve issues and propose system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned web deployment projects E2E, ensuring efficient delivery, on time and with quality.
- Execute all required project steps in line with approved methodologies.
- Autonomously onboard to assigned web projects.
- Plan project steps and communicate them effectively to global and local stakeholders.
- Oversee editorial coordination among teams working on PGM backlog projects to promote seamless collaboration.
- Execute project editorial activities in the WCMS while adhering to project scope and planning.
- Ensure high quality of all deployed content by strictly following the Quality checklist.
- Follow and enforce governance rules during the deployment process.
- Act as the primary functional link between the Web Deployment team and the CMSX team to support technical issue solutions.
- Actively participate in CMSX team discussions to represent deployment operational needs.
- Lead the training and onboarding of newcomers for web deployment specifically on the Builder.io platform.
- Propose solutions and enhancements in Builder.io to support and optimize E2E content deployment efficiency.
- Contribute to the improvement of the deployment process, including quality measurement and time to market.
- Actively participate in and contribute to retrospective meetings to foster a culture of improvement.

Minimum Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years' experience in Web Content Management System, Communications, Project Management
- Basic understanding of Agile principles
- Excellent spoken and written English
- High level of precision in executing editorial activities
- Basic understanding of Agile principles and an "out of the box" problem-solving approach.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask under pressure.
- Strong Web CMS knowledge is recommended, along with a technical background in HTML or other programming languages.
