Warehouse Supervisor

This position is accountable for supervising, coordinating, training and developing one or more groups on who are engaged in receipt, warehousing, order filling, packing, shipping or processing of returned material. Supervises, organizes and assigns work to ensure it is completed in accordance with internally established procedures, good management practices, quality and safety.

Shift Hours: Mon - Fri, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

What will you do?
• Enforce Safety, Health & 5S throughout Warehouse sector
• Supervises, coordinates and participates in receiving, storage, packing, and/or order fulfillment operations requiring knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, and production/order requirements.
• Organizes and assigns work on a particular shift to utilize available skills, knowledge and
experience, labor hours, machines and tools to the best advantages to obtain the most favorable costs, order accuracy, and completeness.
• Provides regular training, instruction and guidance. Maintains close surveillance over larger, more critical transfers, orders or receipts. Trains new hires and temporary employees on pick and pack procedures as well as quality and safety.
• Ensure all orders have been shipped in a timely fashion.
• May ensure proper processing of returns including check in, put away and credit insurance.
• Staffing - Interview, Hire & Performance Management
• Monitor & Analyze Logistics performance, Cost, Quality to evaluate efficiency. Adapt & Continuously improve.
• Supervision exercised on Staffing, Performance Management, Task Delegation, Project Delegation, Work Planning. May include Salary reviews.
• Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principles.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400 - $129,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Operations/ Distribution/Manufacturing, with at least 2 of these years in a leadership role.
• Possess knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, and
production/order requirements.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills (leading teams of 10+)
• Experience with ERP & WMS systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
