Position Description

Lead operations where execution meets customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence.

What will you do?

• Lead receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping operations
• Assign and optimize work across teams and shifts
• Coach, train, and develop employees
• Monitor logistics performance, cost, and quality
• Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives
• Manage staffing, performance, and scheduling

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and decision-making
• Customer-focused mindset
• ERP/WMS experience (SAP preferred)

What qualifications will make you successful in this role?

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Degree preferred or equivalent experience
