Warehouse Associate III - Spare Parts

Job summary
This position reviews the backlog (On time + past due orders) within the plant of spare parts, releases them within SAP and provides visibility and priorities to the warehouse for them to kit and ship, keeping the accountability of service level and BOV.
This role interacts with different support areas to solve problems, improve processes, and keep our KPI trending or aligned to internal plant goals.
Scope of this role will be one of the following:
- GCR_SHIP_MISC
- Ship Shorts
- Standard Spare Parts
Accountable of the following KPIs:
- OTD (On Time Delivery)
- BOV (Back Order Value)
Main responsibilities:
- Run open order report to know the number of lines within the scope.
- Review of CGI and LGI to ensure shipping on time.
- Close communication with Customer Service to have clear priorities coming from our customers.
- Release of orders within SAP.
- Close communication with Warehouse to ensure they know which orders they need to work.
- Print paperwork (if needed).
- Keep support area with latest news of the orders we are working with.
- Clear understanding of the KPIs.
- Provide daily/weekly status of the KPIs.
Who will you report to?
- Warehouse Supervisor
Qualifications and skills required:
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with warehouse, inventory, kitting.
- Good with computers, especially Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, manipulate data within spreadsheets)
- Strong communication skills
- Good at solving problems and analyzing data
- Careful and pays attention to details
- Fast Learner, and willing to learn new systems / processes.
- Experience with SAP software
