Key Responsibility

Manage assigned accounts

  • Develop customer account plans to maximize business growth through assigned accounts (Platforming & Coverage Execution).
  • Deploy all sales actions to maximize (farm) the installed base services with customers assigned.
  • Research contact and identify/plan key initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationship with existing customer and Services Partners to identify the scope of work, estimate and sell SE Services offers to meet or exceed assigned profitable sales target
  • Keep update the data of Accounts & Installed Base of the customers on bFO/bFS
  • Proactively contact customers and educate them on the complete Service offers
  • Utilize products/solutions/services and account management knowledge to educate customers on application advantages and the benefits that can be gained
  • Secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer
  • Delivers Service proposals to customers, follows up, and closes them by interacting with the customer
  • Present Services value proposition through digital platforms & webinars
  • Engaging with customers on digital platforms (LinkedIn) and being an active user
  • Report on order intake of assigned accounts
  • Quote and close deals for SKU based standard Services offers (spare parts, renewal contracts)
  • Lead sales cadence meetings with assigned services partners with focus in maximize services business in assigned accounts, develop and support sales strategies, and exceed assigned sales quota
  • Report accurate monthly order forecasting
  • Create new sales opportunities by analyzing

Build and manage Services Opportunity Pipeline
General
  • Analyze & qualify opportunities in Bridge Front Office (Schneider's Sales force based Opportunity management tool) and secure a healthy pipeline
    Meet daily goal for outbound sales calls to support existing customer base and identify and pursue new opportunities with assigned accounts.
  • Take inbound calls and e-mails to support existing customer base and foster new points of contact and potential accounts thanks to marketing & sales campaigns, FSR leads and CCC/other sales leads
  • Develop up & cross-selling between Line of Businesses service offer
  • Coordinate with all the Services teams and product teams if needed, to satisfy service opportunities
  • Create and manage untapped services opportunities on assigned accounts through data driven tool (Account Cockpit / DOF)
  • Document all records of customer history in BFO.
  • Respond on-time and on-quality to On-demand requests from the customers

Education / Skills:

Education : Bachelor /associate degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering

Experience: 1-2 years of experience on Virtual or Outside Sales experience

Soft skills:
  • Sales oriented/ results oriented/ daring/ passionate/ team player/ organized/ resilient/ voice clear & understandable/ engaging & enthusiastic
  • Strong interpersonal skills, seeking new ways of learning to upskill himself or herself
  • Basic to intermediate skill in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), BFO.
  • Good level of technical knowledge regarding energy distribution systems, UPSs
  • Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services.


General

  • Familiarity with phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships.
  • Successfully complete assigned training paths and successfully engage in technical sales conversations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong Conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Language skills: native speaker level for local context, good level of English (written, verbal)
