Virtual Services Sales Representative

As a Virtual Services Sales Representative, you will be part of Schneider Electric Romania's Services team, supporting the promotion, quotation, and sales of Spare Parts, Recurring Services, Modernization, and On-Demand Services, with a strong focus on the Power Services business.

You will leverage digital channels to identify new service opportunities, generate demand within the installed base, renew service agreements, and convert leads into long-term customer relationships. In addition, you will support quotation preparation, work with ERP and CRM systems, and contribute to the order management process through effective virtual collaboration.

Working closely with Account Owners, Service Representatives, Services Sales, and Tendering teams, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
What will you do?

• Conduct sales activities remotely using phone calls, virtual meetings, email, social media, and digital sales platforms
• Promote Schneider Electric's Services portfolio, including Spare Parts, Maintenance Contracts, Modernization, and On-Demand Services
• Identify, qualify, and pursue renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within the installed customer base
• Convert inbound leads and support targeted sales and marketing campaigns through proactive customer outreach
• Build trusted customer relationships through consultative selling and consistent virtual engagement
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations while ensuring compliance with internal processes and customer requirements
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Service Representatives, and Tendering teams to develop winning customer solutions
• Manage customer opportunities and sales pipelines through CRM tools and ensure accurate data maintenance
• Support the order management process by coordinating activities within ERP systems and following opportunities through to closure
• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and installed base opportunities to drive recurring revenue growth
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives

What qualifications will make you successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or commercial experience, preferably within industrial, electrical, or technical environments
• Strong interest in technical sales and customer engagement
• Goal-oriented, results-driven, and motivated by achieving targets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize activities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to build and maintain sustainable, long-term customer relationships
• Proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the discipline to succeed in a hybrid or remote sales environment
• Adaptable and comfortable working with digital tools and evolving sales methodologies
• Fluent in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
