As a VIE - EMS Upstream & Downstream Leader , you will play a pivotal role in transforming our supply chain by acting as the key interface between our EMS suppliers and internal European manufacturing plants.

Your Mission

  • PCBA Production Management : P lan and oversee production at EMS sites, ensuring alignment with factory needs and priorities.
  • Resolve Operational Issues : Proactively manage material shortages, production delays, and escalate when necessary.
  • Understand & challenge supply chain : follow up supply chain performance KPIs.
  • Support Material Management : Use internal tools such as eBoard , EE Shortage Management, and Kinaxis to support EMS in prioritization and escalation.
  • Monitor Production Execution : Track EMS performance against production plans and KPIs.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement : Reduce excess and obsolete inventory, challenge safety stock strategies, and support lean initiatives.
  • Education : Master's degree with the specilazation in Supply Chain, Logistic, International Trade prefered.
  • Experience : 1-2 years of experience (intership and apprenticeship included) in operations planning or materials management. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
