VIE - Supply Chain Wharehousing Engineer - Uccle

Join Schneider Electric in Belgium and contribute to a key Supply Chain transformation project, through an exciting VIE as a Supply Chain Wharehousing Engineer based in Uccle, Belgium.

You will play a key role in this transformation, working at the intersection of processes, systems, and operations, with strong exposure to IT and logistics teams in an international environment.

Main missions :

Your role :

  • Support the deployment of the WMS as part of the transition to SAP S/4HANA
  • Contribute to functional testing phases (SIT / UAT), migration activities, and Go-Live preparation
  • Participate in process design workshops (To-Be) and support alignment with SAP S/4HANA standards
  • Assist in the analysis and optimization of storage, order picking, and shipping processes
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of logistics KPIsCollaborate with Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, Quality, and IT Digital teams
  • Contribute to inventory management activities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in drafting and updating operational procedures

Education : Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related fields

Experience : 1- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics (internships and apprenticships are fully valued)

Skills and Mindset :
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
  • Good proficiency in pack Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong interest for digital tools, continuous improvement and logistics information systems (WMS/ERP)
  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and results-driven
  • Comfortable in an international and operational environment
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving mindset
