This VIE assignment offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, and Project Coordination while collaborating with global stakeholders across manufacturing sites, procurement teams, and supply chain functions.
Your Mission

As a Supplier Risk Project Coordinator, you will support the deployment of supplier risk management initiatives across the G-ETO organization. You will contribute to risk monitoring, supplier mapping, event management, and project coordination to help secure business continuity and supplier performance.
Your Responsibilities

  • Support supplier risk management projects and contribute to the implementation of the defined roadmap.
  • Monitor supplier risk indicators and help track mitigation action plans.
  • Assist in the management of supply chain alerts and critical supplier events.
  • Support supplier risk assessments and supplier mapping activities using dedicated digital tools.
  • Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of the Resilinc dashboard and related reporting.
  • Prepare project documentation, procedures, and best practice materials.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, action plans, and key risks to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's or Engineering Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields
  • First experience (internship, apprenticeship) in supply chain or procurement required
  • English fluent
  • Strong interest in supplier management and risk management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
