VIE - Risk and Data Process Analyst - San Sebastian de los Reyes

Join the Cyber Human Risk team through an exciting VIE as a Risk and Data Process Analyst !
You will support designing, structuring, and improving the end-to-end data collection, data analysis, and visualization of human risk metrics, as well as identifying and implementing process and automation improvements projects.
Main responsibilities :
- Data c ollection , KPI m anagement and dashboarding
- Support the collection and consolidation of cybersecurity human risk metrics (phishing, training, human behavior, engagement, etc.) , as well as the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain documentation of data sources, metrics, and reporting processes
- Help create and maintain dashboards to visualize cybersecurity human risk KPIs
- Process i mprovement & o ptimization
- Contribute to the a nalyze of existing workflows (phishing program , training creation, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
- Help standardize and document processes to enable consistency and knowledge sharing
- Support long-term automation strategies to enhance program sustainability
- Support to Cyber Human Risk Programs
- Support operational activities related to cyber human risk projects such as phishing simulations or phishing support program
- Collaborate with project leads to integrate metrics and insights into wider initiatives
Education : Master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or similar roles (internship and apprenticeship are fully valued)
Skills and mindset :
- Professional fluency in English
- Prior e xposure to cybersecurity, risk, or behavioral programs is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills in an international environment
- U nderstanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
- Understanding of process improvement and automation principles
- Interest in cybersecurity, human risk, and user behavior
- Proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, formulas)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), dashboards, KPIs, and automation tools
