What You'll Do:

• Support quality compliance and help implement best practices
• Analyze issues and contribute to effective solutions
• Participate in exciting projects focused on Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and ergonomics
• Create clear work instructions and assist with operator training

Engineering degree with specialization in Industry, Quality, Continuous Improvement

First 1-2 years experinece in quality in industrial sector

Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

Interest in digital tools and process optimization

English level: B2 or higher

Knowledge of MS Office; ERP/MES is a plus

Knowledge of Lean , Six Sigma
