We are looking for a motivated and well‑organized VIE to join our Project Engineering team in Zalaegerszeg, Hungary. About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will support the daily operations of project management activities, from order intake to delivery. You will work in direct connection with customers, Front Offices, and local teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, aligned with requirements, and delivered with high quality. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop strong project management skills within an industrial and international context.

Your Main Responsibilities
You will support project execution through activities such as:
- Coordinating and following up on projects from customer order to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and protecting project margin.
- Leading project kick-off activities by reviewing orders with Tendering and Design teams, clarifying missing technical details, and handing over to Design when required.
- Planning production schedules using DATE and SAP tools, in coordination with logistics and production planners.
- Confirming orders, sending drawings for approval, and keeping customers informed of project progress.
- Monitoring project status by joining daily meetings to check material and drawing availability, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and aligning with the Master Production Schedule.
- Managing project changes by analyzing impacts, coordinating decisions, involving management if needed, and communicating updates to all stakeholders.
- Ensuring cross‑department communication and providing regular project status updates to management.
- Organizing and managing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers.
- Preparing for deliveries by gathering all necessary information and documentation.
- Handling invoicing, processing cost approvals, ensuring cost‑efficient execution, and analyzing project costs and margins.

Education
Engineering degree in Industry
Experience
Ideally a minimum of 1 year of project management experience, gained through an internship, apprenticeship, or full‑time role in industrial field.
Languages

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
