About the Role

We're looking for a motivated early‑career engineer who is excited to grow, learn, and connect global R&D with a state-of-the-art smart factory. After an initial training period in France, you will become the key technical interface between our Dunavecse plant and international R&D teams.
This role is perfect for young engineers who love variety, problem-solving, and being at the center of technical decisions.

What You Will Do

R&D Interface & Technical Coordination
  • Support plant teams (Quality, ETO, Engineering) by identifying technical actions for the offer backlog
  • Implement R&D Application Notes and manage modifications or new product references
  • Coordinate with continuous engineering teams beyond local delegation rules

Design, Documentation & Data Management
  • Update mechanical diagrams, electrical schematics, and Bills of Material
  • Create and manage items (parts, BOMs, references) in the plant database
  • Maintain accurate local technical documentation
  • Participate in feasibility committees
  • Make design updates for local or legacy products under R&D delegation
  • Build prototypes as required

Quality & Product Performance Support
  • Support non‑conformity and root‑cause analysis
  • Contribute to first-level field failure or customer claim investigations
  • Assist in part rejection analysis
  • Provide technical input to back-office teams
  • Ensure product performance compliance and robustness at plant level

What You Bring

Required
  • Engineering or Master's degree (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Strong electronics knowledge/experience
  • 1-3 years' engineering experience (internships included)
  • Fluent English
  • Positive, open-minded attitude
  • Problem‑solving mindset and sound decision making
  • SAP knowledge
  • ETO scope product design & process validation

Nice-to-Have
  • Medium Voltage product understanding
  • Experience with configurators (Satellite, PowerBuild, Quote It)
  • Familiarity with PDM, Creo, MCSV‑Phenix or similar tools
