What You'll Do

• Lead Projects: Be at the heart of initiatives that improve material use, promote eco-friendly practices, and secure supply chain stability.
• Plan & Coordinate: Manage timelines, organize resources, and bring teams together to make things happen.
• Communicate & Connect: Keep everyone in the loop-from plant teams to management-with clear updates and insights.
• Support Production: Share key info with technical and production teams to ensure smooth product changes and trials.
• Innovate & Experiment: Get hands-on with new product trials and test runs-your ideas can shape the future!
• Analyze & Report: Collect data, prepare reports, and keep documentation sharp and accurate.
• Collaborate Globally: Work with international teams and R&D to align on goals and solve challenges.
• Engage Suppliers: Coordinate deliveries, documentation, and continuous improvement with our partners.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or Supply Chain.
• Experience: A first experience in a manufacturing environment (internship or apprenticeship).
• Languages: Fluent English-you'll use it every day.

Your Superpowers

• Detail-Oriented: You can handle lots of information and keep it organized.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-Starter: You take ownership, plan your work, and deliver on time.
• Communicator: English is your go-to language for daily interactions.
