Join Schneider Electric's Engineering to Order (ETO) Procurement organization and contribute to the management and development of strategic supplier relationships across Europe. In this international role, you will support procurement initiatives aimed at improving supplier performance, driving competitiveness, ensuring business continuity, and supporting category strategy deployment across multiple manufacturing sites.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of category strategies across the European ETO perimeter and contribute to supplier development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of suppliers, monitoring performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, innovation, and sustainability.
- Analyze supplier performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate action plans with Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Contribute to supplier sourcing, selection, qualification, and onboarding activities while ensuring alignment with procurement and sustainability objectives.
- Support commercial negotiations, productivity projects, and cost optimization initiatives to enhance supplier competitiveness and value creation.
- Participate in supplier business reviews, risk assessments, and business continuity management activities.
- Drive procurement reporting through the preparation of dashboards, performance indicators, and management presentations.
- Contribute to procurement transformation projects, including digitalization, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with category teams, manufacturing plants, and regional stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience (intership/apprenticeship included) in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Good understanding of supplier management and procurement processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.

- Exposure to strategic procurement activities and supplier management at European level.
