VIE - Governance & AI Strategic Transformation Leader - Brussels

Join Schneider Electric's Governance Transformation Office and play an active role in supporting the deployment of the Governance 2030 strategy.

This VIE opportunity offers unique exposure to strategic projects, executive governance, enterprise resilience, and AI-enabled transformation. You will work closely with senior leaders and collaborate with international teams across Governance, HR, Finance, Digital, Sustainability, Compliance, and Operations.
Your Mission

As a VIE - Governance & Transformation Project Coordinator, you will support the coordination and execution of strategic transformation initiatives. You will contribute to project management, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement activities that help drive governance excellence and organizational transformation.
Your Responsibilities
Governance & Transformation

  • Support the coordination of global governance and transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, action plans, and key deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting materials.
  • Help prepare executive presentations and leadership review materials.
  • Support communication, engagement, and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote alignment and best practices.
Enterprise Resilience
  • Support business continuity and resilience programs across the organization.
  • Assist with risk assessments, reporting, and resilience improvement initiatives.
  • Help coordinate workshops, simulations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Monitor action plans and contribute to progress tracking and reporting.
Strategic PMO & AI Transformation
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of governance forums, leadership meetings, and strategic reviews.
  • Track transformation initiatives and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing executive dashboards, reports, and communication materials.
  • Contribute to AI-enabled transformation projects focused on productivity, knowledge management, and innovation.
  • Support the identification and monitoring of AI-related business use cases.
Your Profile

You are a highly organized and curious graduate with a strong interest in strategy, project management, governance, and business transformation. You enjoy working in an international environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Education
  • Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, Political Science School, Public Policy School, or University.
  • Previous internship or first professional experience in strategy, consulting, project management, transformation, governance, compliance, sustainability, resilience, digital transformation, or data analytics.
Skills & Languages
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to synthesize information and prepare clear executive-level communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to create dashboards, reports, and structured action plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and matrix organization.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of or interest in Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and AI tools.
  • Interest in executive communication and AI-driven business transformation.
  • Experience in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
Languages
  • Fluent English is required.
  • French is a strong advantage.
