VIE - EcoXpert Program Manager - Solna

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Digital Energy team as a VIE EcoXpert Program Manager in the Nordic zone. This role is ideal for young professionals looking to gain international experience and develop their skills in program management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the EcoXpert Partner Program, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administrative functions of the EcoXpert Program, including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and meetings, training sessions, workshops, and events for EcoXpert partners.
- Maintain and update the EcoXpert Program database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and distribute program-related communications, including newsletters, updates, and announcements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Monitor program performance and compile regular reports for senior management.
- Provide administrative support to EcoXpert partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program operations.
- Manage yearly EcoXpert contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance checks. Ensure all contracts are up-to-date and align with program policies and objectives.
- Streamline processes across the Nordic zone to enhance efficiency and consistency in program operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows.
- Ensure that partner pages are up-to-date, including regular reviews and updates to reflect the latest information, offerings, and changes in the program.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the energy or technology sectors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English
